CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 680 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following correction: |
|
|
In SECTION 2 of the bill adding Section 302.0042(d)(1), Labor |
|
|
Code, as added by Floor Amendment No. 1 by Watson, strike "and" and |
|
|
substitute "or". |
