No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to include motorcycles as eligible for the light-duty motor vehicle purchase or lease incentive program. Based on the analysis of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
