No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code and Occupations Code relating to monitoring the ordering and distribution of controlled substances by veterinarians. The Board of Pharmacy and Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners indicate that they could implement the provisions of the bill by utilizing existing resources.
