Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2019, and a subsequent suspension of the rules confirming the announcement on May 14, 2019,  the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Martinez Fischer, at 3:25 p.m.
