Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 26, 2019, revised on April 28, 2019, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Collier, at 6:55 p.m.
