Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 10, 2019, to meet upon first adjournment, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Collier, at 2:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Collier; Bell, Keith; González, Jessica; Murr; and Pacheco.

The chair laid out SB 562.

 

Representative González, Jessica offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
