Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2019, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 9:46 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Chris; Stucky; Frullo; Howard; Johnson, Eric; Pacheco; and Schaefer.
