Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 1:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Goldman; Geren; Guillen; Harless; Hernandez; and Thompson, Senfronia.

The chair laid out SB 1450 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that SB 1450, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
