Pursuant to a notice posted on May 10, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2019, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murphy; Capriglione; Flynn; Lambert; Longoria; and Stephenson.
