Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 8, 2019 and twice on April 9, 2019, the House Committee on Public Health, Subcommittee on Medical Marijuana, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guerra, at 8:04 a.m.
