Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2019, revised on April 12, 2019, April 12, 2019, April 16, 2019, April 16, 2019 and April 16, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 16, 2019 and on April 17, 2019, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Nevárez, at 8:08 a.m.
