Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2019, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cyrier, at 3:10 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cyrier; Martinez; Bucy; Gervin-Hawkins; Holland; Morrison; and Toth.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3730 as pending business.

Representative Toth moved that HB 3730, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

At 3:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
