CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 13, 2019, the House Committee on State Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on State Affairs held on May 6, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 6, 2019, and permission granted on May 6, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phelan, at 8:49 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phelan; Guerra; Harless; Holland; Hunter; King, Phil; Raymond; Smithee; and Springer.
A quorum was present.
HB 2796
The chair laid out HB 2796 as pending business.
Representative Holland offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Holland moved that HB 2796, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
