Relating to inspections of solid waste facilities conducted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

HB 4360        Thompson, Ed            
Relating to the review of permit applications for municipal solid waste facilities and the issuance of a notice of deficiency.

HB 3783        Burrows                
Relating to the transportation of municipal solid waste in certain enclosed vehicles.

SB 530         Birdwell               
Relating to civil and administrative penalties assessed or imposed for violations of laws protecting drinking water, public water supplies, and bodies of water.
