The fiscal impact of expanding eligibility requirements for education benefits at public institutions of higher education for certain survivors of public servants cannot be determined due to an unknown number of individuals who would become eligible.
The bill would amend the Education Code to expand the eligibility requirements for education benefits at public institutions of higher education for certain survivors of public servants.
