AN ACT
|

relating to covers or barriers on the windows and doors of and other |
|
|
obstructions of the view of certain alcoholic beverage retailers. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

|
SECTION 1. Section 104.02, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is |
|
|
repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
