| relating to meetings of school districts' local school health | ||
| advisory councils. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 28.004(d-1), Education Code, is amended | ||
| to read as follows: | ||
| (d-1) The local school health advisory council shall meet at | ||
| least four times each year. All meetings of the council must be | ||
| conducted in compliance with Chapter 551, Government Code. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | ||
