R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories
  of Tammy Romero Broussard of Atascocita, who passed away on January
  26, 2021, at the age of 57; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Youngsville, Louisiana on April 29, 1963,
  the former Tammy Romero was the daughter of Ellis and Noemie Romero,
  and she grew up with the company of three sisters, Jaqueline, Sonia,
  and Wendy, and a brother, Kevin; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Broussard enjoyed a career as an educator, and
  she also volunteered with St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Community and
  Family Time Crisis and Counseling Center; and
         WHEREAS, Above all else, she was devoted to her loved ones;
  she shared a rewarding marriage with her husband, David, that
  spanned 37 years, and she took great pride in her two sons, Trevor
  and Tristan, and her granddaughter, Elliot; and
         WHEREAS, Tammy Broussard lived a rich and purposeful life
  centered around her family, her faith, and her community, and she
  will forever be remembered with deep affection by all who knew her;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Tammy Romero
  Broussard and extend sincere condolences to her relatives and
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Tammy
  Broussard.
