R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the heartache felt
  by the loved ones of Levi James Drew of Dalhart, who passed away on
  September 25, 2020, at the age of 11; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Riverside, California, on April 24, 2009, to
  Kenneth and Yolanda Drew, Levi grew up with the companionship of
  five older siblings, Elijah, Jacob, Zac, Hannah, and Lily; when he
  was just five months old, the Drew family moved to the Dalhart area;
  and
         WHEREAS, Levi attended school in Hartley, where he won the
  affection of his classmates with his contagious smile; he naturally
  excelled at strategy games and online games, and he also loved
  animals; baptized by his father in December 2017, he was an active
  member of Hillside Christian Church; and
         WHEREAS, Although the passing of Levi Drew is an incalculable
  loss to the many people who loved and cherished him, they will
  forever keep his memory alive in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Levi James Drew and
  extend deepest condolences to the members of his family: to his
  mother, Yolanda Drew; to his father, Ken Drew; to his grandmothers,
  Louise Drew and Frieda Weststeyn; to his brothers, Elijah, Jacob,
  and Zac; to his sisters, Hannah and Lily; and to his other relatives
  and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Levi Drew.
