R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Cruz A. Ochoa Jr. was reelected as the District 5 |
|
|
representative on the Ysleta Independent School District Board of |
|
|
Trustees in May 2021; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The members of the Ysleta school board work in |
|
|
conjunction with administrators, classroom teachers, and parents |
|
|
to foster a supportive and challenging environment at the |
|
|
district's schools; in so doing, they play an essential role in |
|
|
providing students with a strong academic foundation on which to |
|
|
build a bright and prosperous future; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In accepting the responsibilities of serving on the |
|
|
Ysleta school board, Cruz Ochoa has made an exemplary commitment to |
|
|
his fellow citizens, and his vision and leadership will be integral |
|
|
in guiding the district's vital educational mission in the years |
|
|
ahead; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Cruz A. Ochoa Jr. on being |
|
|
reelected to the Ysleta Independent School District Board of |
|
|
Trustees and extend to him sincere best wishes for a successful |
|
|
tenure in office; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Ochoa as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
