R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Any Ojeda has ably served her fellow Texans as an |
|
|
aide in the office of State Representative Rafael Anchía during the |
|
|
87th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Ojeda has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |
|
|
in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|
|
service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, After moving to the United States with her family |
|
|
from Mexico at the age of two, Ms. Ojeda grew up in San Antonio; she |
|
|
graduated from St. Mary's University with a bachelor's degree in |
|
|
political science; dedicated to serving her community through |
|
|
public service, she has worked in a number of local government and |
|
|
electoral campaigns; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed her duties as a |
|
|
legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Any Ojeda for her service as a |
|
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Rafael |
|
|
Anchía and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success |
|
|
in all her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Ojeda as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
