No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the disclosure of certain utility customer information could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

El Paso County which operates the East Montana Water System, does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact.

Taylor county has no “government-operated utility” operations and therefore does not anticipate a fiscal impact.

The Texas Municipal League does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to municipalities.
