HB2251 by Hernandez (Relating to matching fund requirements for an entity to receive a community collaborative grant.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code Chapter 539 to specify additional fund sources that can be used as local match for grants for community collaboratives.

It is assumed that any costs at the Health and Human Services Commission associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
