IN RE:	HB2309 by Dominguez (Relating to the penalties for the illegal use of a parking space or area designated specifically for persons with disabilities; increasing criminal fines.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 681.011 of the Transportation Code to increase fines for the illegal use of a parking space designated for persons with disabilities.

Based on the analysis of the Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
