No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to establish a procedure, on showing of a driver license holder's employment as a teacher or principal at a public school, to omit the residence address of the license holder on the license holder's license and to instead include the street address of the public school.
