IN RE:
HB3387 by Rogers (Relating to the authorization for certain land applications and discharges into retention facilities of dairy waste.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code concerning the issuing of permits, registration and other authorizations for uses and discharges of dairy waste as defined in the bill. Based on the analysis of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
