No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Public Utility Commission anticipates that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to distributed renewable generation resources could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The PUC anticipates that the bill may have a local government impact as it includes provisions for municipalities and municipally-owned utilities.

The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined at this time.
