The bill would require a study by the Office of the Attorney General of the online resale of consumer goods obtained illegally and the online sale of distribution of counterfeit goods.
It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed by the Office of the Attorney General using existing resources.
According to the Comptroller's Office, the fiscal impact from the bill cannot be estimated.
