No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to prohibited relationships between holders of certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts anticipate that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2021.
