No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Government Code, Section 2206.154, pertaining to the annual reporting of information necessary to maintain the Comptroller of Public Accounts' eminent domain database. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

The Texas Association of Counties does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to counties from the bill.
