IN RE:	SB702 by Paxton (Relating to the continuation and functions of the Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would continue the Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board until September 1, 2033.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
