No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would establish requirements for agreements between landowners and solar power facility operators in Texas.

The Public Utility Commission anticipates that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the removal of solar power facilities could be absorbed using existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
