No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to sexually oriented businesses, including a requirement to participate in the federal electronic verification of employment authorization program, or E-verify, and restricting the age of persons employed by or allowed on the premises could be absorbed using existing resources.
This analysis assumes implementing the provisions of the bill addressing felony sanctions for criminal offenses would not result in a significant impact on state correctional agencies.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
