No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

According to information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, it is anticipated that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to unemployment compensation eligibility and chargebacks regarding certain persons separated from employment due to being called to military service could be absorbed using existing resources for the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund (outside the State Treasury) and administration of the Unemployment Insurance program by the agency.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
