No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require an institution of higher education to post on the institution's website a transferability report card no later than March 1 of each year. The Higher Education Coordinating Board, in consultation with institutions of higher education, would develop a model transferability report card. It is assumed any costs associated with the bill could be implemented within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
