No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a general academic teaching institution, other than a public state college, to post on the institution's website a transferability report card no later than March 1 of each year, beginning in 2023. The Higher Education Coordinating Board, in consultation with institutions of higher education, would develop a model transferability report card. It is assumed any costs associated with the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
