The bill would amend Texas Government Code relating to private activity bonds.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed by the Bond Review Board using existing resources.

According to the Comptroller's Office, the fiscal impact of the bill cannot be determined.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
