Pursuant to a notice posted on April 28, 2021, and permission granted on April 28, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murr, at 2:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murr; Allen; Bailes; Martinez Fischer; Rodriguez; and Sherman, Sr..

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the April 14, 2021 minutes for the House Committee on Corrections be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

The chair directed that the April 19, 2021 minutes for the House Committee on Corrections be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 2:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
