Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 24, 2021, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 11:35 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Dean; Goodwin; Kacal; Kuempel; Morales Shaw; and Reynolds.

A quorum was present.

HB 960

The chair laid out HB 960 as pending business.

Representative Dominguez moved that HB 960, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Dean; Goodwin; Kacal; Kuempel; Morales Shaw; Reynolds (8).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representative Morrison (1).

HB 2692

The chair laid out HB 2692 as pending business.

Representative Dominguez offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Kuempel moved that HB 2692, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Dean; Kacal; Kuempel; Reynolds (6).

Nays:                           Representatives Goodwin; Morales Shaw (2).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representative Morrison (1).

At 11:37 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
