Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2021, revised on March 17, 2021, and permission granted on March 17, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 10:00 a.m.
