Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2021, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frank, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frank; Hinojosa; Hull; Klick; Meza; Noble; and Shaheen.
