Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2021, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 9:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; Dominguez; Bowers; Buckley; Dean; Ellzey; Meyer; Middleton; and Morales, Christina.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Geren moved that the floor amendment to HB 2378 offered by Representative Kuempel be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, April 23, 2021.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

At 9:07 a.m., on the motion of Representative Geren and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
