Pursuant to a notice posted on October 4, 2022, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 10:00 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Harris; Gamez; Kacal; Paul; and Price.

A quorum was present.
