Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2021, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 8:40 a.m.

The chair laid out HB 4277 as pending business.

 

Representative Rogers offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Slawson moved that HB 4277, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
