Pursuant to a notice posted on August 27, 2021, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 7:54 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Lozano; Allen; Allison; Bell, Keith; Bernal; Buckley; González, Mary; Huberty; and VanDeaver.
