Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 2021, revised on March 22, 2021, revised on March 23, 2021,  a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 23, 2021,  and permission granted on March 25, 2021 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Paddie, at 8:03 a.m.
