Pursuant to a notice posted on July 6, 2022, the House Committee on The Robb Elementary Shooting, Investigative met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 9:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; and Justice Guzman, Eva.

 

Representative Moody participated virtually.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative  Burrows moved that the June 16, 2022 minutes for the House Committee on The Robb Elementary Shooting, Investigative be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

Without objection, the committee entered into executive session under Rule 4, Section 12, of the

House Rules of Procedure, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The committee exited the executive session, and the Chair called the committee to order in open

session at 3:27 p.m. No decisions were made or voted on during the executive session.

 

At 3:28 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
