Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2021, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Canales, at 2:40 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Canales; Thompson, Ed; Ashby; Bucy; Landgraf; Lozano; Martinez; Ortega; Perez; and Rogers.

A quorum was present.

The Transportation Committee met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.
