The Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII, and VIII will meet to hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

 

- State Office of Administrative Hearings

- Behavioral Health Executive Council

- Board of Chiropractic Examiners

- Texas State Board of Dental Examiners

- Funeral Service Commission

- Board of Professional Geoscientists

- Health Professions Council

- Office of Injured Employee Counsel

- Texas Department of Insurance

- Office of Public Insurance Counsel

- Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

 

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.

 

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a

future schedule. The committee may consider agenda items posted for Monday March 1, 2021 and Tuesday March 2, 2021, that were not reached for consideration.
