Contingent on suspension of the 5-day posting rule, the Committee will hear following measures: 

 

 

 

SB 1936        Hughes                                                
Relating to the beginning and ending possession times in certain standard possession orders in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship.

SB 2190        Whitmire                                              
Relating to the prosecution and detention of a juvenile who engages in delinquent conduct or commits a felony offense while committed to the custody of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
